CHRIS GAVIGLIO
Chris Gaviglio has been involved with Strength and conditioning of elite athletes for over 5 years. Throughout this time he has trained athletes and the general public at different developmental stages across a variety of sports. These athletes vary from the relatively untrained to those competing at the highest level of competition.
Throughout this time, he has liaised closely with other therapists who play a pivotal role in the preparation of an athlete. With this, he has developed a strong grounding in injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques, which is another vital component in the athletes training program. As a natural progression Chris has trained non-athletes also interested in the benefits of a training/fitness program.
The creation of the Thera-wedge and move into the production of health care products is a testament to Integra.
Established in 1999, Integra Health Training specialises in Sports Specific Strength and Conditioning Programs, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Exercise Programs and now Therapeutic Health Care Products.

Chris also works with some of the following sports:
Beach Volleyball - including athlete Angela Clarke - and 2000 Sydney Olympic Representative.
Water Polo - Q.A.S. squad boasting 3-time National U-20 National Champions and countless under-age and Open Australian Representatives.
St. Peter's Lutheran College - Sports Excellence Program - assisting with specialist sports programs for selected Athletes.
Australian Rugby Union - Wallabies : including the current 2003 World Cup squad
About Me
- Currently competes in sport of Track and Field specialising in Shot Put.
- Australian National Discus Champion 2000
- Career highlights to date include 1996 World Junior Championships and Representing Australia in the Inaugural Test Series vs South Africa (2000 season).
